About
In today’s day and age, with internet searches, purchasable certifications, & AI – typically funded by structures of d.i.s.ease (delusion of division, invocation of illness, and sustaining of scarcity), advice guided by the latest controlled and manipulated “information” is a dime a dozen
but truly embodied w.i.s.dom gained from a life led by courage, connection, and clarity is rare and precious.
I, Ife, traveled the depths of my being learning meditation in India, refining and expanding my contemplations to consider societal implications, & gained degrees at consciousness based universities.
I was raised celebrating Kwanzaa and being told that unity was the first principle I should live by, but when I realized that the unity that was being presented to me was not actually unifying to all of life, but limited to a truncated Black experience, I began to focus on finding a way that unity could truly be realized. I eventually discovered that unity can be realized when the context of that unity is based in the physical reality, a common orientation that’s primary, universal, experiential, and self-referencing, and a commitment to the guiding light of wellness.
When we first began our journey together we organized our values into an earlier iteration of the three guiding principles of w.i.s.dom.
These w.i.s.dom based values guide our lives as a family and gives us many opportunities to grow, master the art of implementing them, and support others in their own progression of life.
Wellsprings of Umoja was formulated by our union, the union of Love (Ife) and Heart (Love).
As the Head and Heart Guides of WellU it’s our absolute joy to offer all of who we are to advancing YOUR journey home, anchored in the vitalizing w.i.s.dom that has been such a blessing in our lives.
