In a one on one session you get to work with Ife, Lev, or both of us (depending on how we can best support you) to take the next step in your journey towards a state of WIS-dom (wellness, interconnection, and sovereignty) so that you can reclaim a sense of home no matter where you are.
Our Approach
Ife’s background in transpersonal psychology has shaped her understanding that each of us are on a unique journey seeking WIS-dom. However, people don’t usually think of what they are seeking as these qualities:
- Experience of Wellness from Within – the physically referential, textural experience of wellness that can be felt in the body and mind
- Experience of an Interconnected Wellness within one’s Space – the expansive and grounding sense of a wellness based interconnection with all that can be affirmed by the environment
- Experience of a Sovereign Wellness over Time – or the incremental systematic realization of sovereignty within that wellness that can be revealed over time.
People usually think more about that which they think will bring them to this experience over what the quality of their life would be if they attained it. So people instead seek wealth, power, happiness, etc.
But, we believe, this WIS-dom is underlying all that people are seeking and, when acknowledged and when life is oriented more specifically to these qualities, we believe attaining them (and all the many infinite ways that they can be realized in peoples lives) is much more easeful, integral, and sustainable.
Lev has spent his life as a bridge builder—meeting people exactly where they are, connecting across differences, and continually challenging himself to grow toward WIS-dom. His work is rooted in lived experience, embodiment, and deep presence.
Moving towards WIS-dom isn’t a linear journey — the process moves in spirals. We’re each standing on different points of that spiral, and that’s not only okay, it’s natural. What matters is that we are able to continue moving forward from where we are, together.
We see this journey as an infinite helix—ever-expanding, ever-revealing. And if you’re seeking support, we trust that there is a next step available for you. Our role is to help you discover it, take it, and integrate it. When each of us moves forward, it supports us all in our individual and intextricably collective journeys home, anchored in WIS-dom.

Our sessions help you explore tools, techniques, and thought patterns that can support your body, mind, home space, and overall environment. Most of our guidance falls within themes related to how you think, eat, move, style, and live.
To think more holistically - in ways that are empowering and effective

Throughout most of recent huestory, many sages have spoke of the value of getting beyond judgment, of being present – how it makes it possible to be truly available to experiencing each moment and witnessing the magic life has to offer you.
But many of these techniques that are said to support this process take years, if not lifetimes, to truly master. And in analyzing some of them, we found that one of the main factors that slow the process of attaining this mastery is by the very words used that present the processes themselves; words riddled with relativity defined abstractions and subjectively perceived physical referents. These processes are often based in an attempt to transfer one person’s mind state to another.
In WellU, however, the vitals we utilize for thinking in ways that are anchored in WIS-dom are based in a universally physically referential experience that makes getting beyond judgment and being present as easy as settling into a deep memory.
These vitals also have the added bonus of supporting a sense of guidance in life that’s derived from within by a highly accessible sensing process that’s fortified by this memory.
Utilizing meditation, contemplation, and visualization techniques, honed from multiple decades of study and reflection at ashams and consciousness based universities, these techniques have been refined to be accessible to anyone at any stage of life from the young child to the forgetful elder in every stage in between.

To eat more indigenously - in ways that are based in ancestral nutritional knowledge
Our indigenous ancestors had a intergenerationally established wisdom to the way that they nourished themselves. When they strayed from this wisdom, their health suffered. In 1930, Dr. Weston A Price traveled the world documenting people who lived primarily off of the land by which they lived (which is what we mean by the relatively defined abstract word: indigenous). He found that those people, when following their traditional diets, had wide faces, joyful demeanors, and straight healthy teeth with little to no cavities. Despite many of them not having dentists or even oral care in the ways that we understand it. Dr. Price took their food back to his labs and noticed that, despite being widely different in their presentation, the foods had a common nutritional profile and fundamental principles around preparation. This work has been continued with the Weston A Price foundation. We have studied, implemented, and continued to refine this work and love to share the information but also, of course, the absolutely DELICIOUS food!

Primal Embodi-Movement
To style more restoratively - in ways that root flyness
Being fly isn’t about following trends, an effort to impress, or even to look beautiful by perceptions that have been seeded within from external sources. It’s an unveiling restorative relationship with self that amplifies wellbeing on every level. Restoring the body by the cut of the fabric, the flexibility of the shoe’s sole, even the ease of management of the style of hair, and its support of organic integral movement. Restoring the microbiome and ever increasingly the earth by the ingredients of the materials themselves, not just the clothing of the shoes, but also the ways one manages their body odor. Restoring the Being even, by the patterns and colors of the piece or the way the hair is worn and what quality of character it evokes in one’s stance – royal? joyful? connected? We think about all this and more when offering work under this theme.
To live more systematically - in ways that are sustainable and resilient
The efficiency of systems opens up a world of possibilities. These systems can be as humble as methods and tools for bathing and washing dishes that doesn’t require many or any purchases beyond one’s bioregion or as revolutionary as technologies that can be made with simple tools found easily to clean up and transform generations of trash. And sometimes the systems are communal and ancient, like the socioeconomic systems that has been reawakened by the Mijiikenda people of Kenya that pools commitments for group bartering as opposed to one on one bartering or national currency. There are many systems like these and others that we are continuing to discover, create, and implement that we are so excited to share with you to support your journey going, being, and always home.
Within these themes, we continue to create and uncover systems that support the body, the home, and the world—each one designed to guide you gently toward your own journey home.

What is a soft session?
Soft sessions are voice note and video exchanges done through a medium like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. We find that soft sessions have many layers of value. First, they give you the opportunity to speak on your time and vice versa. They also give us the space to listen, re-listen if necessary, and reflect, research and reference our inner guidance before responding. Third, they give you space to listen to yourself and discover insights in that regard. Fourth, they give you space to reflect on what we share and realize any questions or reflections that you have around what we share with you over time. A soft session offers deep support with more flexibility and spaciousness—ideal for one’s who value time to reflect and integrate between exchanges.

Introductions (if needed), intention-setting, and any questions about your intake form. - 1 hour and 40 minutes of flexible voice-message exchange
- You can send messages in any intervals—short or long.
- We will respond with a total of up to 1 hour and 40 minutes of guidance, reflections, questions, or suggestions.

Why do we call them hard sessions?
Hard sessions are focused, real-time, and held live for either 30 or 60 minutes.
We call them “hard” not because the work is rigid—but because they require dedicated, uninterrupted time within our dynamic, nature-based, child-centered life. Focused sessions are a full family effort, and while we’re absolutely available for them, soft sessions allow us to go deeper with greater ease.
