Description
The WombVerse Meditation was not written from a book. It was grown — over years of living it, practicing it together, refining it in the quiet of daily life — by Ife ShepsuMa’at and her son Pèlé, who first brought in the star and the bloom and made the whole thing complete.
It is a ten-step visualization journey that moves through the full spectrum of color, chakra, and consciousness — from the primordial blackness of the womb where you were first held in wholeness, through the living colors of your energy body, into the celestial white light of Source that glows from inside you, and finally into your own unreplicable bloom, rising through you and wrapping around you in a luminous cocoon of wholeness.
This is not a passive meditation. It is an active arrival.
Each color corresponds to a chakra and a quality of being — the red of your blood and your root, the orange of your creative sacral center, the yellow of your will and your hara, the green of your heart opening outward in all directions, the light blue of your throat where your words and your breath cocreate your reality, the indigo of your third eye seeing beyond what is visible, the purple of your crown calling in Source, the white star of Source responding from within you, and the bloom — your particular, unreplicable bloom — that is the fullest arrival.
The practice takes approximately 8 minutes when guided at a full pace. It can be used before muscle testing or energetic tending to arrive in a centered, receptive field. It can be used at the beginning of any sacred practice or intention-setting. It can be used at the close of the day to clear what accumulated and call in what is needed. Pèlé often falls asleep by Green.
What you leave with is not a feeling that fades. It is a return — to the place in you that has always been whole, always been held, always been glowing by a light that never goes out.
You are centered. You are held. You are ready.
