This meditation was made for both.
The Nourishing Wholeness Meditation is a 20-minute immersive recording built around a single, ancient truth: before any idea about who you were, before any box was built around what you deserved — there was a womb. A body that held you. Nourishment that moved toward you without your asking. Wholeness, not as something you had to earn, but as your starting place.
That imprint lives in you still. This meditation helps you return to it.
Working with the rhythmic mantra womb / om-mwa / wau-om, you’ll be guided into the compassionate recognition that most of what is heavy is the weight of hue’m’n boxing and judgment — and that the timing to evolve out of it, gently and from the inside, is now. Not by force. By remembering what came first.
Woven throughout are gentle reminders that every moment your mind wanders and returns is not a failure — it is the practice itself. It is where your awareness grows its deepest muscles.
